1. Website का उद्देश्य
sarathi-parivahan.org एक independent informational website है, जिसका उद्देश्य Sarathi Parivahan और Driving Licence से संबंधित जानकारी users तक आसान भाषा में पहुंचाना है।
हमारी website पर Learner’s Licence, Driving Licence, renewal, application status, fees, appointment, documents और अन्य licence-related topics के बारे में informational content प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

2. Official Government Website नहीं है
sarathi-parivahan.org Government of India का official Sarathi Parivahan portal नहीं है।
हम Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, National Informatics Centre या किसी अन्य government department से officially affiliated, authorized या operated नहीं हैं।
Driving Licence application, fee payment, appointment और अन्य official transactions के लिए users को Government of India के official Sarathi Parivahan portal का उपयोग करना चाहिए।

3. Information की Accuracy
हम अपनी website पर प्रकाशित information को accurate, useful और updated रखने का प्रयास करते हैं।

इसलिए हमारी website पर किसी general process को आपके specific State या RTO की final requirement नहीं माना जाना चाहिए।
5. No Government Service Processing
हमारी website Driving Licence application, Learner’s Licence application, renewal, appointment, fee payment या किसी अन्य government service को directly process नहीं करती।
हम किसी applicant के:
- Driving Licence record को बदल नहीं सकते
- Application approve या reject नहीं कर सकते
- Government fee process नहीं कर सकते
- Appointment confirm या cancel नहीं कर सकते
- RTO decision को बदल नहीं सकते
- Licence issue या renew नहीं कर सकते
ऐसे सभी official matters संबंधित government portal और licensing authority के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आते हैं।
6. Third-Party Links
हमारी website पर official government websites और अन्य third-party websites के links दिए जा सकते हैं।
इन external websites पर जाने के बाद उनकी अपनी Terms, Privacy Policy और अन्य rules लागू हो सकते हैं।
